I spent three months in a one-bedroom apartment here. It’s a family-run building, and the owners speak excellent English and are always around and helpful. The location worked perfectly for me, with the beach a short walk away and popular foreigner bars and restaurants also within walking distance. The internet was super fast. There’s a quaint little cafe at the front of the building where you can get kebab and beer at night. I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Da Nang.

We rented a clean, stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom place with modern appliances. We first connected with Son through the expats of Danang Facebook group. He sent photos, which made us want to come see it in person, and we signed the lease that same day. We wished we could have stayed longer, but it had already been rented for a full year. Son speaks very good English and was also willing to help with things like bike rentals. A great experience and communication throughout.

At BELLA, Son and Linh gave me privacy and my own space, while still making me feel like part of the family. They’re the best landlords I could imagine, and I’ll always be grateful for the wonderful year I spent in the apartment. It’s modern, comfortable, and close to the beach ❤️

The cul-de-sac meant there was no traffic, and the neighbours were great fun, with a nice sense of community. The apartments were lovely and excellent value for money. My girlfriend and I stayed at Bella for roughly a year in 2018, and Son and Linh did everything they could to make us feel at home. They provided food and drink to celebrate the New Year, gave us travel advice, and even came with me to test a motorbike before I bought it. They’re lovely people who really look after you. The apartment itself was awesome, but so was Son, the landlord. He’s honest and offered support I’d struggle to find anywhere, not just in Đà Nẵng. I miss the family, the space, and walking down to My Khe beach.
