The staff were incredibly sweet and did their best to make us happy. Our room had everything we needed, including a large Smart TV, toiletries, and a hairdryer, and housekeeping came every day to keep it spotless. Wi-Fi was stable enough for work, and breakfast was nice, with enough options to start the day. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The location is fantastic for exploring: the beach is just 2-3 minutes away, and Lady Buddha and Marble Mountains are each about a 15-18 minute taxi ride. We stayed only two days, but the staff made it enjoyable.

It was easy to settle in, since check-in was smooth and efficient and the staff greeted me warmly and professionally. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and well-maintained amenities that were easy to use. I also liked how quiet it was, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I had a truly wonderful stay and highly recommend it for comfort. 👍

At Ruby Star Hotel in Da Nang, every request I made was handled right away, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Tracy and the other girls at reception made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The staff clearly care about their guests, and their warm service made my stay special. I had an amazing time and highly recommend Ruby Star Hotel. I’ll definitely come back!

The beachside location was a nice bonus, but it was the welcoming staff who made my short stay at Ruby Star Hotel in Da Nang memorable. Ali at breakfast was gentle, kind, and attentive, making the morning feel calm and pleasant. Tracy at reception was friendly and sympathetic, and I felt comfortable whenever I passed through the lobby. Ny from guest relations was helpful when needed, and even the bag carrier added to the friendly atmosphere. The team’s kindness and professionalism made the visit truly pleasant. A good choice in Da Nang for warm service near the beach.

The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the rooms were pretty good and comfortable. The location was really convenient too. My only small suggestion is to add more Indian food options. 🏨😊👍
