The staff were really friendly, and it was quiet. For €20 a night I got a large room with daily cleaning, so it was very good value.

We rented the 10th-floor penthouse for three months and loved how spacious it was. The kitchen had everything for cooking, including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. Cleaning was included and happened twice a week. Every room had a wonderful view of the sea, city, and mountains. We didn't use the rooftop pool or the air conditioning during our December-to-March stay. The bills were about 1.8 million. The staff were very friendly. There were a couple of downsides. The bathrooms smelled bad because of sewer problems, and staff didn't seem able to fix it. An aroma diffuser helped a little. Mold kept growing on the walls and on our things, including clothes and bags. Maybe the rainy season was part of it, but the building clearly needs repairs. Nearby karaoke was very loud every weekend. That seems to happen everywhere, and finding somewhere really quiet feels unlikely. Still, we'd choose this place again if we return to Da Nang.

I left after just one night because the drains on the fifth floor smelled so awful. I heard people on the third floor complaining too. The manager was rude to tourists and especially to her own staff. A pathetic woman who seems to love having power.

The people made this place for us. Everyone was welcoming, and Tri and RY felt like family. A special thank you to the cleaning ladies too. It's close to the beach while still being away from the tourist area, though the tourist area is also very close. There are lots of great cafés and restaurants around. Best place ever.
