The park right outside is a real plus, and the location is great. The room was just okay, though, and the service let it down. I stayed four nights, and on two of them they didn't even clean the cup. My room phone didn't work, so getting anything meant walking to the lobby. The gym smelled awful, like it wasn't being cleaned. Breakfast was the same every day, and the TV wouldn't work either. When I asked, the staff just told me to use the remote, lol, but it seemed defective.

The bathroom was surprisingly good, which is the only reason I gave this place two stars. We were backpacking, so the stay was acceptable for us, but I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation. The room smelled bad, the sheets weren't clean, and a curtain was all there was to block the sunlight since the window shutters couldn't properly close. Workers also made a lot of noise early in the morning.

The room was clean enough and basically fine, but the staff were unfriendly throughout, and that left me uncomfortable and with a bad impression. Breakfast was the worst part. I didn't try the other facilities, so I can't comment on those. I don't think I'd pick this hotel again if I came back to Da Nang.

We liked the coffee brand, which made it especially disappointing when the receptionist wouldn't give us complimentary coffee after housekeeping failed to refill the daily supply. They even went into our room looking for the missing sachets, which felt stingy over just two packets. On our first day the kettle already had used tea left in it, and there was visible tea residue in the cup. We left them as they were, but neither had been cleaned by checkout. The floor wasn't clean either. Room service was the worst.
