The bathroom had a steady leak onto the floor, and the washbasin tap was broken and hanging loose. When we raised it with reception, they didn't understand English well and put a towel down to soak up the water, which only made the floor dirtier. Towels were very dirty, old, and worn out, and the toiletries were below an acceptable standard. There were no bellboys to help with luggage on the stairs. Breakfast was mediocre with very limited choices, especially for vegetarians. This hotel was a big disappointment and didn't meet three-star standards.

The pool is smaller than it looks in the picture, but it's fine for swimming. There's not much room to lounge afterward, though the view from there was lovely. The beds were comfortable, and I was glad to sleep well after thirty hours of travel. The hotel is in a great spot, one block from the beach, and breakfast was always fresh and flavorful. One staff member was especially lovely. She greeted me with a smile whenever I came in and was happy to help with anything I asked. I looked forward to seeing her each morning. ♥️♥️♥️

We booked at the last minute after finding that our pre-booked hotel wasn't available. I'd already tried heaps of places, and although some websites showed rooms, reception staff said they were full. I'm not sure what was going on. Luckily, Sea Queen Hotel had a twin room. The room cost only $600000 dong, around $36 AUD, and breakfast was included, which surprised me for that price. Breakfast was better than expected, with a good choice of hot food, freshly cooked eggs, fruit, and hot, strong coffee. The breakfast staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful honeymoon here and a really lovely time. Everyone from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant was so nice and friendly. I can't remember their names, but they were all great. Thank you all for the good work. We'd definitely come back and recommend the hotel.

We spent two weeks at seashore queen. The pool and view were great, and so was breakfast. Our first room wasn't good, but the second one was. Thanks to Man, Amee, Khanh at reception, and the lovely breakfast staff.
