I nearly gave up finding a short-term apartment near me for my mum that fit her budget, and I hadn’t thought Ecohouse did short stays. So glad they do. Huy, the owner's son, replied to my text right away, and the rate was within Mum’s budget. As soon as I saw the flat, I knew she’d like it. Ly Ly, the manager, was lovely and looked out for Mum, making sure she was comfortable with everything. Communication and service were great throughout. I miss coming round now! The apartments are bright and clean, and we enjoy living here. Reception has very welcoming people. Residents can use the sauna and jacuzzi upstairs, and there’s a piano on the first floor for kids and adults to play. A supermarket is an easy walk away, with coffee shops and local Vietnamese restaurants nearby too.

A cozy room and a friendly host, in a great spot around Ho Tay. It works well for a longer stay in Hanoi. I just wish they had more rooms, since I had to wait a long time to rent one.

The staff were polite and offered me another place to stay, which I appreciated. The issue was that I booked three nights through a booking site, then contacted management shortly before the trip and learned the reservation hadn’t gone through for some reason. They hadn’t let me know, so I might not have found out until check-in day. They should have contacted me as soon as they knew they couldn’t take the booking. It’s a monthly apartment in a nice location, though some rooms are used for hotel stays depending on occupancy.
