The staff were consistently warm and helpful. Mr. Thuy brought some laughs with his great sense of humor, and Celine at reception was especially attentive, even checking in with us on Zalo to make sure we had what we needed. There was a good range of breakfast and dining options, and lots of massage shops, convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is only about 500 m from the sand, with quick access to both My Khe Beach and Danang Beach for beach days and seaside walks. Our room was cleaned daily, and we received a complimentary 200 ml bottle of water each day. Shampoo, shower gel, and a toothbrush-and-toothpaste set were provided too. The room partitions are quite thin, so voices carry and privacy can be limited, especially for intimate couple activities. Still, it was a comfortable, well-located stay, and I’d happily return.

The location is perfect, near the beach and with easy access to pretty much everything. Check-in was quick, they kept our bags safe when we arrived too early, and the laundry service was spotless, a 10/10. The service was alright too. We were a couple staying for one night and didn’t want to spend our short time in Da Nang complaining, so we let things go while we were there. The room was the problem. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. There was mold on the walls and a moldy smell, the sheets needed better cleaning, and the tables were stained. I used the pool, which could use better maintenance, but that was a smaller issue. The hotel has potential to be a much better experience for customers if it improves its room standards. We were surprised by how affordable the stay was: five of us had two rooms for under $250. The hotel is also in a great spot, an easy walk to the beach and plenty of shops. Breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning, and the staff were kind and quick to help whenever we needed anything. They made our Da Nang trip feel extra special. We’d happily recommend this place. 💖

Celine deserves a special mention. She was attentive, generous with her help, and made everything go smoothly during our stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with a convenient location and a really relaxing feel. We had a great time here and would recommend it.

The rooms are a little small, but the pool is nice, and I really liked that they provide free water. The reception staff were good, and Celine helped us arrange a Ba na hills tour. The guide got on our nerves a bit that morning, though we ended up becoming friends later. There are plenty of shops on the good streets nearby, the beach is walkable, and the restaurant food was good. Its manager was very polite. All in all, a good stay.
