The service was terrible, and the house was dusty, dirty, and hadn’t been cleaned. There was no running water in the morning. We had rented a SUP (stand-up paddleboard) at Tam Thanh beach, but they took us to Tam Tien without telling us first. The host called dozens of times, but we didn’t answer. I’ve never had such a bad homestay experience.
That villa was filthy and missing amenities, and there wasn’t even a fan in the kitchen. First time I’ve had such a terrible villa experience. I’m never coming back.
The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious. I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance to visit again.

It's tidy here, though the place doesn't seem to get much traffic. That also means cleaning happens less often, and things can feel a little dusty.
