The studio I booked is in their newly renovated building, also called Sapphire Hotel. It's spacious, with a refrigerator and good Wi-Fi. Cooking appliances weren't in the room at first, but after I mentioned it to the front desk, staff brought some up. The service is amazing. It now has an air fryer, rice cooker, and electric stove, which makes it perfect for a longer stay. The sea is about a 15-minute walk away, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Guests can also use the pool and gym at a location down the road from the hotel.

The price is low for such a good location, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. But her manager pressured her to ask guests for five-star reviews and wanted them to send a photo of the review. So here's mine: definitely not five stars. At 11 p.m., the night receptionist came into my room without knocking. As soon as they saw it was occupied, they shut the door. I went out to ask what was going on, and they said they were checking whether the room was occupied. Shouldn't he have known already? After that, he played loud music at the reception desk, which I could hear clearly from my room until the early hours.

We didn't get the room we'd booked. The hotel was poorly maintained, with no service, lots of mold, and ants and small bugs. For that price, I'd say don't stay here.
