The room was spotless and quiet at night, even with all the activity outside. The staff were the most caring I've come across. They had whatever I needed for my stay, sometimes before I even asked. The place is right in the center of Da Nang, close to everything you can think of, including the beach, cafes, restaurants, walking streets, and convenience stores. They also rent bikes, which I completely forgot about. Perfect for me, 12/10.

A big thank you to Brian for looking after me throughout the stay. I have mobility issues and don't speak Vietnamese, and he always made sure I knew where to go and had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing, and breakfast was awesome. Really great hotel. Thanks, Brian and Dao Ngoc Hotel, see you guys soon!

The staff were fabulous, and even though check-in is meant to be at 2:00pm, they let us into our room around noon. The hotel is close to all kinds of ethnic restaurants in An Thuong area, and My An beach is a short walk away. There's live music nearby on Fridays and Saturdays, though it ends before 11:00pm, which was too bad. What an awesome day!

We left early because there were roaches in our room. The place was extremely rude and unprofessional, and then they charged us for a missing flip flop. Who wants that crusty, dusty thing that everyone has worn and nobody has ever washed?

Shower water leaked through the windows into the rooms, and there was mold and dust everywhere. At checkout, staff shoved the disgusting spots in our faces. They'd said breakfast was free, then put the charge on the checkout bill. This is mismanagement.
