Thanh at reception was especially nice and took great care of us. The hotel also has a great location for watching the sunset. We had a long time in Da Nang, and I'd highly recommend coming here. I'll definitely come back.

I asked in the morning to have my room cleaned, and they said that was fine. When I followed up later to ask when they'd clean it, they told me it was too late and I'd have to wait until the next day. That's very bad service. It's way overpriced for what you get. There are plenty of other places in Da Nang with better service, more facilities, and lower prices. Choose somewhere else if you want to avoid the stress. I definitely don't recommend this place.

The room had a strong, unpleasant musty odor, almost like sweat, as soon as I entered. The toilet was visibly dirty, and there were noticeable stains on the pillowcase and bedsheet. It was hard to feel comfortable or relaxed. Cleanliness and hygiene are basic expectations, but this room fell far short. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves housekeeping for future guests.

For the price, this hotel was surprisingly good value. It's close to everything, with lots of eateries on the same road, and Dragon Bridge is within walking distance. The room was cute, with hot water, a mini fridge, and a full-length mirror. It was quiet at night, and the male reception staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me check in early at noon. I stayed three nights, but nobody came to clean the room, though maybe I needed to ask for that service. The bedsheets weren't very comfortable either, and they should switch to a better material.
