Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoian

Ms Ella at the front desk was really friendly and suggested some good food spots and shopping places. We were welcomed with a drink and coconut biscuits. The room was spacious and clean, with enough room to spread out our luggage, and the water heated up quickly. From high enough up, you can see the river and enjoy the sunrise. It's a little away from the ancient city, but Hoi An Memories Land is just a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast starts early and has a sufficient variety of food. Free bicycles made it easy to get around Hoi An for sightseeing.

Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and our room was comfortable, clean, and carefully kept, with a cozy bed and everything we needed laid out. We also appreciated how quiet it was at night, even though Hoi An’s Old Town was easy to reach. The staff were kind and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay at Cozy An Boutique Hotel and would gladly return.

The team made everything easy, even arranging an airport shuttle and transport to our next hotel. Everyone we met was helpful, professional, and so kind. We loved relaxing by the gorgeous pool after a day exploring Hoi An, and breakfast was included with lots of delicious options. Our room felt like a real boutique stay, elegant, comfortable, clean, and well looked after. Even arriving at the spotless, cool lobby after the heat outside was a lovely welcome. We’d absolutely stay at Cozy An Boutique Hotel again.

The free bikes were a nice extra and made getting to the old town easy. Staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating, and the room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was nice, though I didn’t eat much because I wasn’t feeling well during the stay. The air-conditioning didn’t circulate evenly, so some parts of the room felt cooler than others. Still, it was a lovely place and I’d happily come back to Cozy An Hanoi Boutique Hotel.
