Ngan Ha Hotel

I was nearby and needed a room for one night, so I checked the online booking price before asking the front desk. Their rate was much higher for the room I wanted. I asked around 4pm, said I wouldn't be staying long, and requested they match the internet price. They'd rather let me walk away than give me an empty room that could make a festive home for spider and ant families. What a shame. This wouldn't happen in America. I left this bad review because I want them to thrive. No need to thank me.

Please don't book this hotel. I reserved a room with a window through Trip, but at check-in the staff said their system didn't show that detail. They said they'd arrange it for the next day, but that promise felt like a way to deceive customers. I stayed three nights, and they kept saying they had to check with the manager first.

I’d happily stay here again when I’m back in Sai Gon. It’s close to Cho Lon, with other restaurants nearby that you can walk to. My room was clean, the WiFi worked well, and the staff were always around to help with requests.

Everything else was fine, but the lighting in some rooms needs attention. In the room shown in my picture, just one of the three ceiling lights worked, and the bedside lamp was broken too.
