Jack was especially helpful, both with suggestions for things to do and with tracking my laundry through an outside service. The whole service was great. The hotel is well located near the Biu Vein walking street, central spots like the Post Office and Museum, and the new subway line, which I rode to Landmark 81. The rooms looked recently updated and were very nice. A very nice stay.

The room was dated and uncomfortable, especially the very firm bed, which seemed to have an old foam mattress. I had trouble getting a good night’s sleep, and there’s no room service either. The location, right in the city center, was very convenient, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms and bedding could use an update to meet expectations.

The staff and owner were so friendly and welcoming, and they really made my stay better. The hotel was wonderful, clean, with spacious rooms and everything I needed. The location is the best! I had a great experience and would definitely return when I’m back in Vietnam. I’d recommend it to couples or families. Thank you so much.

Such attention to detail! The team’s recommendations for getting around, shopping and eating led us to some wonderful hidden gems and made our time in Ho Chi Minh City even better. From check-in through check-out, everyone was professional and genuinely welcoming, and the whole stay went smoothly. It was perfect and exceeded our expectations. You all deserve that bonus.
