Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a buffet that changed each day and a chef who’d make eggs the way you wanted. The hotel felt quiet and quaint, just what I was after, and it’s walkable to everything while being away from the busy street at night. The staff were lovely, spoke good English, and gave outstanding service. I started with a complimentary airport pickup and a warm welcome. My room looked just like the photos, with a huge comfy king bed, strong water pressure, great air-conditioning, and a cute little balcony. The view from the pool level is lovely too. I’m really enjoying my stay at Cozy Boutique Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The pool was a real highlight, with lovely views, especially at night, and the staff were kind, professional, and helpful. We also enjoyed the good selection and excellent quality. The hotel is just a few minutes from Dragon Bridge in Da Nang, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Thanks to the whole team, we had a great stay.

The team even set up birthday decorations for my boyfriend before we arrived, and Bee, the FOM, helped with the cake. I hope I’ve got her name right! Housekeeping, F&B, the concierge, and front desk staff were all warm and welcoming. Laundry came back impressively fast, even though we hadn’t paid for express service. The location made it easy to walk to most places and find local food. We had a great stay, and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel for a trip to Da Nang.

Getting around was easy, with Dragon Bridge only a few minutes away and the rest of the city walkable too, so we could enjoy the nightlife. The small, cozy breakfast restaurant had a big spread, including plenty of bread and cold cuts, and the buffet changed during my two nights there. Staff were helpful and always responded when I needed something. My room was spotless, and they gave me a free upgrade to a spacious room with a nice balcony view. Having both a shower and bathtub was a plus. Totally worth the money.

For SGD50 a night, I got a king-size bed and a balcony. It’s just a 12-minute ride from Da Nang airport, and the famous Pizza 4Ps is a three-minute walk away. The night-shift receptionist spoke perfect English and was super polite. Highly recommended.
