It was a truly awful stay at Coco Beach Hostel in Da Nang. The place sounds fancy, but the rooms were dirty and smelly, and full of mosquitoes. When I raised the problem, the receptionist was evasive, and my calls to the boss went unanswered. I lost my entire deposit when I asked to check out. It felt like a scam to keep the deposit and then deliberately make guests leave. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.

The receptionist was lovely, friendly, and open, and the service was enthusiastic. Our room was airy and convenient, with attractions nearby. Thanks for looking after us. I hope to come back 😍👍 (August 14 - August 17, 2018)

Good value, with clean rooms and all the basics provided, including a TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, and electric kettle. Laundry and motorbike rental are available too. It’s on the road from Tran Thi Ly bridge and fairly close to the beach.
