Brilliant Hotel

Michael Huy made the stay especially memorable. He explained what to expect during Chinese New Year, checked in with me again on the fourth day, and arranged a lovely birthday surprise for my husband, including a card signed by the CEO. Service was excellent throughout, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and cafe. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice and lovely views from both the main restaurant and rooftop bar. We also liked the relaxing massage facilities and their service. The location is great for walking to eateries and convenient shopping. We had a wonderful stay and will come back, perhaps for a longer stay in their apartments.

We spent four nights at Brilliant Hotel and felt well looked after throughout. The customer care team knew the local attractions and tour bookings well, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you especially to Mr. Ngoc Cuong and Mr. Van Si for taking such great care of us over the past five days. The location was perfect, and our room was comfortable and well maintained. Everyone, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant, was professional and friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The breakfast buffet was so delicious, with loads of options. Our room was spacious and clean, and we could see the dragon bridge from it. The lights make it even prettier at night. Han Market is within walking distance, and there are lots of restaurants around, including Michelin ones. Service was the best, from the bellman to reception and cleaning staff. I couldn’t find anything I disliked and would recommend it if you’re staying in Da Nang and want a dragon bridge view.

The front desk team made our stay smooth and comfortable. Check-in was efficient, and they took time to explain the facilities clearly. Whenever we asked about restaurants, transport, or special requests, they were quick to help and stayed positive. Cuong even stepped in at short notice to sort out a disagreement with our driver, calmly and with a reassuring smile. Their care was consistent at every hour, and the porters were helpful too. Kha’s smile and small talk brightened our day. Michael took especially good care of us, keeping track of our needs and following up. The team’s sincerity made a real difference, and we’re grateful for the memorable stay.
