I booked the room for my parents, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Whenever they needed something, someone was ready with help or local advice. The room was big enough for them, and being so close to Ben Thanh markets was a big plus for those two teenagers at heart 😝

We booked a double room at a very good price, right in the middle of district 1. Breakfast is included, and the lift was quick and dependable. The room was clean enough. We had a very good stay in Saigon.

The service was very good and the place was clean. The room’s on the small side, with only a few charging sockets, and there’s no hot water kettle, which Chinese people like, hahaha. It’d be even better if the staff spoke English.

The staff made us feel welcome and were very friendly. Not everyone spoke much English, but they’d rephrase things and were always happy to help. The receptionist and the cleaning aunty were especially kind and understanding when we asked to extend our stay. They also accept USD and AUD, which makes the place tourist-friendly. To the receptionist, I hope we can come back soon!

The staff were lovely, the room was clean, tidy and spacious, and the price was very reasonable. The location is great too. I wish I’d found this place sooner, instead of spending my first couple of nights in an American-style big hotel. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserved it. I’d recommend it to anyone after a beautiful, traditional hotel near the markets that’s well priced.
