I was traveling alone, so the price worked really well for me. The rooms are simple and comfortable, and they were clean, which mattered most. Viola welcomed me and helped me get settled, and the staff were all kind and helpful. The neighbors were lovely too. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City.
I’ve been living here for over a year, and it feels like home when I’m here 🙏 The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, with a coffee shop and meeting space on the main floor where musicians have recently been playing and practicing. The owner is excellent, and the manager is great too. Whenever a small issue comes up, they’re quick to sort it out, and they even clean the air conditioning regularly.
I booked through Agoda, but when I arrived the door was locked and nobody would let me in. The phone number wasn’t available either. Now I’m trying to get a refund and don’t know how.
Nice room, and the service was polite. It was OK.
