The reception team were really sweet and attentive, and gave me great support. The facilities also seem much newer than they were 10 years ago. Thanks, Bao Vy Hotel, for a memorable stay. Even so, I won’t return, and if I want to stay in Binh Thanh I’ll recommend somewhere else.

The room has all the furnishings, but I wasn’t happy with the receptionist. He was rude and disrespectful to adults, with a bad attitude. I asked him to come up and look at the tools, but he refused and said he could do it himself. I said I’d let him rest and come back to help him later, but after seeing his face I don’t want to come over.

If the receptionist is going to be rude, just stop. If you don’t want to do the job, quit. Talk to people properly :)))

Prices were quite reasonable, and the receptionists were enthusiastic. I’ll definitely come back and support them again.
