There are good food and massage options nearby, and the room was roomy, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is very old, though, and our room had a string of small problems: weak water pressure, leaking taps and shower, noisy HVAC, a dead safe battery, and a dead light bulb. It’s in a great spot if you need to be near the airport.
2/10
They charged 235,000 VND for one hour of late checkout, and that hardly felt like hospitality. The buffet looked so unhygienic I felt like throwing up. Reception staff were very unprofessional, and the place felt like walking into a gang. The room photos they show are very old and nothing like the terrible condition now. One of the worst experiences we've had so far.
2/10
The shower smelled like a sewer, and both the service and rooms were very poor. The location is handy if you need to get to the airport fast.
10/10
Breakfast is included, as is Wi-Fi, but the meal is very simple with little choice. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, and each one has a TV, fridge, kettle, safe, and spacious bathroom. It's a small, old-style hotel in a convenient spot close to the airport.
2/10
We paid full price with breakfast included, but the receptionist told us four slices of toast should be enough for a family of five. That breakfast was absolutely appalling. If it's part of the price, we should be able to have it.
