The room felt neglected, and basic cleanliness was lacking. The hotel itself was tiny, dirty, and run-down, which made the stay really unpleasant.

The staff were helpful, but the rooms looked unfinished and didn’t feel up to even a two-star hotel standard. Not a great experience.

The front desk staff seemed completely lost and didn’t seem willing to help. My booking.com reservation wasn’t honored, and the hotel said it had no rooms available even if it did have to honor the booking. I had to call booking.com myself to sort it out. I definitely won’t stay here again or recommend it.

Poor hygiene made the room uncomfortable for me. It hadn’t been cleaned properly, the bathroom was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was far below what I expected. I can’t recommend the hotel, and hope management acts quickly to improve cleaning and maintenance.

I booked this for a Cambodian friend who usually isn’t fussy about quality, so I was surprised when they said it felt more like a three-star hotel than a four-star one. It might have been just their room, but buyer beware.
