The location was great, just a four-minute walk from the old town. Our room was spacious and clean, and they replaced the bedding and towels every day. The mini-bar prices were reasonable, and the staff went out of their way to help with what we needed. We had a wonderful stay and may book this hotel again when I come back.

Muoi was a wonderful host and even helped us get good deals on taxis. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the hotel is an easy walk to the Old Town. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better deal.

Ms. Yen made a real difference with her attentive, proactive help and warm smile whenever we had a request. The service was top-notch. The place is close to the Old Quarter’s bustle but still peaceful, and it made for an authentic-feeling stay.

Calla hotel has lovely cafes all along its street. The staff were amazing and hospitable during my stay, and both the beds and toilets were really clean. I couldn’t have asked for more, and I’d highly recommend it :)

We spent two nights here and found the rooms clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast we’d ordered ahead was served right on time. It’s close to Hoi An night market. They also offer fun activities and cab services for an added cost. It was a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it.
