Caro Premium Danang Hotel

We had a perfect view of Dragon Bridge from our room, especially at night. The location was really convenient for the bridge, restaurants, and spas or massages. Staff were lovely, and breakfast had a decent selection. I liked the touch of curtains opening automatically when you entered, plus the phone controls for lights and curtains. The gym was extremely small and didn’t match the hotel’s overall quality. The TV had YouTube, but no way for us to cast Netflix or Prime, so a smart TV would help.

The sunset was the part of our evening at Caro Premium Sky Bar that really stuck with me. We watched the sky shift through gold, orange, pink, and purple above the city, with panoramic views all around. The drinks were great, and the lively atmosphere made the place stand out. It felt relaxed but still vibrant, somewhere comfortable to sit back that also had a sophisticated rooftop feel. After a busy day exploring Da Nang, it was a lovely spot to unwind. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, offered recommendations, and made sure things were right. If you want a drink with an incredible view, Caro Premium Sky Bar is well worth adding to your Da Nang plans. We’ve found few sunset spots this good so far.

Tom, who I believe is the Manager, noticed that our parent hadn’t come down for breakfast and checked in with us. They were unwell with diarrhoea, so Tom offered to bring porridge and ginger tea up to the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant a lot to our family. The whole team, from reception to the breakfast buffet crew, was warm, friendly, and attentive. Staff like Tom make a real difference. Thank you for the kind hospitality.

My sister absolutely loved the hotel when I asked her about it after checkout. The front desk welcomed her and her husband, made check-in easy, and walked them to their room, explaining the complimentary minibar, breakfast, and pool. I’d booked a king room with a balcony, and she said the bed was extremely comfortable. She also loved the Da Nang river view and the thoughtful room features, especially the bidet. I’d read that the area might be noisy, but she said it was peaceful and quiet during their stay. I live in the United States and booked the room for my sister and her husband. Before making the reservation, I called to ask about paying for someone else’s stay with my credit card. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful on the phone. I didn’t stay there myself, but that service alone made me want to stay there in the future. Thanks, Caro Premium Hotel, for making the booking smooth and stress-free and treating my family with such care. If I visit Da Nang, I’d absolutely choose this hotel.
