Charming Beauty Hotel

The whole place was spotless, with comfortable beds and everything I needed. It looks much better in person than it does in the photos, which is unusual. One of the best hotels in Da Nang, and special thanks to all the staff. You won't regret staying here.

The lovely decor, from the entrance right through to the guest rooms, made staying here a treat. The staff were kind, and the rates were quite reasonable. It's a little outside the city center, but I really recommend this charming hotel.

The hotel's new and clean, but the way I was treated left me feeling unwelcome. I asked for a second key card so I could leave it in the slot and keep the room cool while I was out. They flatly refused. Without another card, the “do not disturb” sign outside the room didn't work either. There wasn't even a physical sign available, and I spent nearly half an hour persuading the front desk to give me one. Very disappointing service, one star.

I've stayed at this hotel whenever I visit Da Nang, and it's usually very clean. But after showering, my skin breaks out, and friends who stayed with me have had the same experience. I also used a separate shower filter and replaced it, but it turned black within just five days. The water tank needs cleaning and the filter needs checking. This is a serious issue, and I'm writing because I like this hotel and want to help the hotel and other guests. If this continues, guests may find out and give it one star. I also spotted a small cockroach in my room. Please pay attention to pest control so there aren't bugs, and don't lose sight of how this place used to be.
