Citypoint Apartment

The view over the river, bridge, and downtown is gorgeous. We rented a two-bedroom apartment, and although it feels a little tired compared with the booking-site photos, it’s still nice and worth what we’re paying. The management has been excellent at sorting out problems quickly. The reception woman, the manager, and the security technician have all been great. After mold appeared following the rainy season, they brought in a team within a day to sanitize and repaint it. The laundry room is on a separate floor, the seventh, which means we can wash and dry clothes without hearing the machines.

We’re two weeks into a two-month stay and are really enjoying it. The owners and staff have been kind and accommodating, and even invited us to a dinner party. There’s a great coffee shop downstairs with very inexpensive drinks, around 20k to 30k. Everything in the apartment feels new, with lots of care put into the details. We have strong WiFi, a Smart TV with YouTube and the like, and a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, cookware, rice cooker, and water boiler. They clean the room twice a week.

Terrible place. There was no internet, it was very dirty, and the bed had hair all over it. It looked like the sheets hadn’t been washed at all. I think the other reviews are fake, so don’t trust them.

I spent two nights here. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. It’s close to tourist spots like Han market and the pink cathedral, and it was good value for the money.
