Coconut Garden Homestay Hoi An

Ni, the landlady, was kind, helpful, and always greeted me with a warm smile. She made me feel at home and was happy to help with anything I needed. Thank you, Ni, for such a lovely stay! I had an upstairs room at Coconut Garden Homestay, with a balcony overlooking the peaceful garden. It was spotless, comfortable, and well looked after. The place is close to the city but tucked away enough to stay calm and quiet. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

The hostess was very kind and welcoming, and the area was quiet and peaceful. We only stayed one night, but we’ll choose this place again when we return to Hoi An. Our room had a balcony and a large window, and was perfectly clean with everything we needed. There’s a shared kitchen, plus a lovely garden and dining area in the backyard. You can borrow a bicycle for free, too.

It’s peaceful and quiet here, though you’ll want a motorbike or bicycle to get around town since the property is a little far out. Free bicycles are available, and you can rent a motorbike too. The room was beautiful, bright, spacious, and very clean, with lots of greenery outside the window and balcony. In the evening, the lighting made it feel cozy, and the beds and rainfall shower were great. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. One of my favourite stays in Vietnam!

For two people traveling around SE Asia on a tight budget, this was the best budget room we’ve seen. It felt fancy, with a new, clean, atmospheric room. The hosts were amazingly helpful, the kitchen was free to use, and the free bicycle was a great way to get around the city. The one downside was the laundry cost, almost as much as a night here. That was on us for not asking the price first. Always ask! Recommend this place, 5/5.
