The pool was pleasant, though cold and not cleaned regularly, and most of the staff were okay. The rest of the stay was rough. My room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived, and even after I asked, they wouldn't replace the sheets. The kitchen I was told I could use was filthy, with bugs in the microwave and ants on a plate I was given. Cleaning wasn't done daily. One day I requested it, the woman at reception said she'd come later, but nobody showed up. The place is far from everything, including any store. The free bikes didn't work. There was no breakfast, though laundry service was available.

The family running Night Sky Hotel in Da Nang made us feel at home, and their kindness came through in the way they handled everything. The hotel was clean and had a warm atmosphere. Service was excellent, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The refrigerator was absolutely spectacular, and there's a pool too. The location is just so-so, though it's not too far from the party spots if that's what you're after. If you'd rather pay less than you would at a hotel close to those places, this one could suit you.

I had booked five nights in advance, so I ended up staying even though the place felt like a waste of money. All you get is a bed, with no cleanliness and no basic tea or coffee. The kitchen doesn't function, and there aren't places to eat nearby. The center is about 2 km away, too far to walk, so you have to get a Grab. Rooms only get cleaned if you ask.

The family who run this place are kind and happy to help with what you need. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. Laundry was very fairly priced too. Thank you.
