The location is awesome, and the rooms were clean and tidy, though they’re showing their age. Ours had cracks across the windows. The rooftop pool was much older and more outdated than the pictures suggest. Still, if you’re on a budget and want reasonably cheap accommodation in a great location, this would be one of my picks.

We loved the rooftop pool, and the hotel was great value all around. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, with cafes, restaurants, and spas all around. The bed was really comfy and the air-conditioning worked well. The front desk ladies were so sweet, and kindly upgraded us to a top-floor room for free. We really appreciated that. Thanks for a great stay!

The rooftop pool and spacious rooms made this a good-value stay. Crystal Hotel is close to Phuoc My beach, on the east side of My Khe beach, and there’s a large local market right beside it, plus plenty of convenience stores nearby. Breakfast is an affordable buffet each morning. Cleanliness was just okay, though, and the Wi-Fi on the 12th floor was terrible. I was in Da Nang on vacation and would still highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the service, location, spacious rooms, and good facilities. One checkout issue, though: a male staff member charged me nearly 65k dong for two bottles of water I hadn’t ordered or drunk.

The reception girls were wonderful, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Restaurants are great and close by, with everything easy to get to and the beach just one block away. For the price, this hotel felt undervalued. I’d come back.
