Danang Moment Serviced Apartment

We were comfortable here for five months, and I’d happily recommend it. The location is right in the center, with the beach about a seven-minute walk away and plenty of nearby spots for dinner or working on a laptop. Our room was quiet, with a nice view, parquet flooring, wooden details, big mirrors, a TV, and a handy cooking area with dishes and utensils. Downstairs, the lobby is a pleasant place to work, and you can even play the piano. The hotel is covered in lovely original paintings. I remember hearing that the owner is an artist. They clean once a week, changing the sheets and towels, washing the dishes, doing the floors and dusting. The manager is friendly, quick to respond on WhatsApp, and always willing to help.

I really enjoyed my four months at Danang Moment. It’s a well-run place, and I was glad I found it. When I needed to extend my stay while looking for a two-bedroom apartment, Tram worked around my plans and made it easy. The on-site help stood out. Tram is there six days a week from 8 to 5 and does a great job keeping things running. There’s a helpful, friendly night man, and a Sunday girl covers Tram’s day off, so someone is almost always around. When I raised an issue, it was sorted quickly. That’s what I call a serviced apartment. Other places on the street seemed to just have a number to call, which didn’t offer the same day-to-day service. The building feels secure and is fairly quiet, though you’ll hear some street noise, as you do in Vietnam. I got very fond of the weekly laundry service: my clothes came back clean and neatly folded, and the apartment was cleaned with fresh bedding and towels each week. The location is handy for most things on foot, with several good coffee shops right outside and plenty of food a short, easy walk away. The beach takes about ten minutes to walk to.

We stayed for three months and liked the spacious room and really good mattress. The owners were very nice, and even gave us little presents while we were there. The location is central. Our street-facing room was quiet at night, though rooms looking onto the yard are noisier. We did have an AC problem and waited a week for it to be fixed, which was rough in the heat. It did get repaired in the end, so things were fine.

I came across Danang Moment while crossing the street and booked for two months. Things went smoothly from the beginning, and now I’m sad to leave. The location suited me, and the atmosphere was warm enough that I felt at home. My fourth-floor apartment had wood floors and two separate air conditioners. Weekly cleaning kept it comfortable; there were a few occasional misses, but the staff responded and improved things when I brought them up. The building felt secure and well protected, even on the occasions I forgot to lock my door. The staff were friendly and responsive, and I appreciated their efforts to keep the apartment clean. I don’t usually write reviews, but wanted to share my experience and recommend the place.
