The setting by a stream near the paddy fields was peaceful, and the old town was a 20-minute walk away. Breakfast was a real highlight, served in a quiet garden in a traditional house with carved wood and circular pillars. There was plenty to choose from, including soupy noodles, local meat dishes, breads, yogurt, fresh salad, coffee, and lots of fruit. We loved the sourish local passion fruit and sweet red watermelon. The guava was too hard for us, the pineapple too sour, and sadly there was no avocado, our favorite. We also spent an evening relaxing by the warm pool in the comfy beach-style seats. The modern rooms were clean and thoughtfully laid out, with glass-door bathrooms, separate toilets, comfortable beds against turquoise walls, effective AirCon, good hot-water showers, and premium Wi-Fi. We tried both room types during our stay from 1-2 Mar 2026. The standard ground-floor room near the pool felt like better value for just a few dollars less. The superior room with a balcony looked promising but was a little disappointing: the TV screen was faulty, the round table was slightly damaged, and the handrails outside room 309 on level 3 were worn out. There was no lift, so the stairs took some effort. Better coating and upkeep for the rails, working TVs, and more attention to furnishings would improve things. The friendly “welcomist” at the counter and the helpful security guard greeted us with smiles. It was a cozy, memorable stay with a lovely mix of modern comfort and traditional charm.

This was the best hotel I stayed at on my Vietnam trip, and I'd gladly return next time I'm in Hoi An. The rooms were above average, the beds very comfortable, and the showers had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good, the staff were great, and there was a pool and restaurant. Highly recommended.

I liked the location, which was central enough to walk most places without being in the busiest part of Hoi An. The hotel also lends bicycles. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. My first room had an odd smell, but they changed it for me without any fuss. Breakfast was nice and served in a beautiful little house.

The room was huge, clean, and had a balcony that was nice to relax on. I liked that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms. The pool was super clean, and little lantern lights at night gave the hotel a warm feel.
