Delicate Hotel

The location is handy, just steps from the beach, and it might work for a budget stay of a night or two. But the rooms were dirty and smelled bad, and the towels and sheets had lots of stains. Service was hit or miss. The rooftop pool was okay, though the gym wasn’t great. I’m surprised it’s rated four stars, since I’ve stayed in much nicer two-star hotels. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want somewhere nicer.

We ended up staying a week while waiting for the central floods to go down, and the staff made it a great stay. The front desk girls were always smiling and ready to help, and we often chatted with the security guards who looked after the bikes. There’s underground parking, which is handy if you have a bike. It’s good value and close to the beach and restaurants, with comfortable beds and modern rooms. The cleaners did a great job every time. Can’t fault the place, and we’ll be back 😁

The room was pretty average, but clean. Staff were friendly, and it’s well placed for the beach with lots of local restaurants around. The gym is very basic but does the job. There’s also a small, nice pool with a great view.

I booked at the last minute after landing in Da Nang and discovering my original hotel had changed my dates without asking. The price here was very reasonable. My room was nice and big, comfortable, and had a lovely large hot shower, which I appreciated since it was cold during that period. There’s a nice little rooftop pool too.
