Duke Casa Apartment in Da Nang felt welcoming as soon as I arrived. The apartments are roomy, bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with a nice mix of style and practicality. It’s close to the beach, cafes, and everyday services, while still being somewhere quiet to unwind. It felt more like a home than a rental, whether for a short stay or a longer one. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. Housekeeping and maintenance were quick to respond, and the amenities were well looked after.

The staff were friendly and ready to help whenever needed, and everything went smoothly. At Duke Casa Apartment in Vietnam, I found the apartment clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a great location. It made for an enjoyable, memorable visit to Da Nang. I’d recommend it and would like to stay again.

Our rooms were big, bright, airy, and modern, and the pool was clean with a sea view. We stayed a month and would have booked another, but they were full. The staff were great and accommodating. Cleaning was good despite what some reviews say, though you need to handle a bit of light cleaning yourself, and once a week may not be enough. The upstairs area is a little run down and neglected. There were several construction sites around, which may or may not affect your stay. Thanks for having us, I’d recommend it.

Rain kept up all week, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool area, which has an amazing view. We loved everything else.

For the price, the room was really high quality and good value. I liked the layout, and the balcony curtains were blackout curtains that overlapped. The TV picture was amazing, with YouTube, Netflix, and Apple TV available if you have subscriptions, and logging into those was easy. Wi-Fi handled HD streaming without lag. I stayed here in August of 2023. A few small things could have been cleaner, though nothing was very dirty. The side window curtain was broken and couldn’t be raised, but it could still close. The infinity pool needs more water to overflow properly. Those issues don’t outweigh what you get for the price. I doubt you’d regret staying here unless they let the place go in the future.
