We arrived before 9 p.m., even though the stated check-in deadline was 11:30 p.m., but reception refused to give us a room, saying none were available. Then they offered another room at twice the price, which felt like an obvious rip-off. They also didn't cancel the Booking.com reservation and still wanted to charge us.
I was expecting less from a budget hotel, but the stay was fine and I’d come back. No mold, bedbugs, or other bad smells. The window faced a wall about 1.5 meters away, so there wasn’t much daylight to wake up to in the morning.
The hotel itself is nice, but getting proper sleep was impossible. The bass from the BEACH BEER bar next door was so strong it shook the room, and the noise carried on late into the night.
The room was pretty average, though the beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. It did leave the bathroom floor very wet. What made the stay better was the staff: they were friendly and helpful with restaurant ideas, made breakfast to order, and kept our bags after checkout while we waited for a late flight. Thanks to them!
The place was very old, and even the towels and bed covers smelled. There was a sewage odor all day, so strong I couldn’t sleep. Staying here was a bad decision. They wanted the money right away, and I’d tell anyone to please not rent this place.
