ENSO Retreat Hoi An - Rediscovery & Serenity

The staff made this place for us. The women at reception were so helpful, and their hospitality was unmatched. We really enjoyed our stay at enso resort. There are three pools with fresh towels provided daily, and the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Our connecting room had a huge bathroom with a big shower and bathtub. You can also take the free shuttle to Hoi An several times a day, or use the complimentary bikes. Definitely recommend it.

Plenty to do even on a rainy day, with a lounge for working or relaxing, a small gym and a pool table area. Families have lots of room to enjoy the place, and it felt safe for kids to roam around. There are three pools, free bikes for exploring nearby, and a good range of breakfast choices. The rooms are a nice size, and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Phung was a wonderful host from the start. She arranged our pickup from Da Nang, answered questions quickly, welcomed us with a cool towel and drink, and explained the property and nearby things to see in Hoi An. Her suggestions helped us shape plans that felt both practical and exciting. The resort is tucked among peaceful bamboo forest and is kept up beautifully. There's a pool, gym and billiards table, plus free bikes for the coconut forest about 10 minutes away and a free shuttle to Hoi An town, around a 15-minute drive. Our room was spotless and had the usual amenities. The porch was spacious and a lovely place for two to unwind, and breakfast served there was delicious. With such attentive staff, especially Phung, Enso Resort Hoi An is a great value choice for a calm, relaxing stay.

We visited in November during typhoon season, so the pools were shut and we couldn't enjoy the resort as much as we'd hoped. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, though. It's a peaceful, beautiful, laid-back place overall. There are three pools and a small sort of outdoor gym. The bungalows are basically standard rooms, nothing fancy.
