Flexi Apartment

Emma, Rachel, Linh, and Tu all looked after us so well. Emma recommended restaurants and shared some interesting bits of Da Nang history.

I always feel at home here. The staff are friendly, and Linh and Rachel deserve a special mention for their kindness and professionalism. Communication in English has never been a problem. Flexi Hotel & Apartment is in the heart of Da Nang, a coastal city with distinct beach and city sides, and has convenient, comfortable living, professional housekeeping, good internet, and lots of food and drink options nearby. I highly recommend it if you’re traveling in Da Nang.

I didn’t end up taking an apartment because I didn’t feel comfortable with Da Nang as a whole, but working with Ngọc Diễm from the Flexi Hotel & Apartment sales team was a very positive experience. She was supportive and professional throughout. She responded quickly, was always on time for our meetings, and showed me several contract options I hadn’t considered. She went out of her way to explain what might work for my situation. I’d recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking for an apartment at Flexi.

The free launderette on the same floor was a great bonus, and I loved the idea of the coworking space. Flexi Hotel and Apartment had a huge, clean, beautifully designed space across two floors, with a lovely shared garden courtyard. It’s right in the heart of Da Nang, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were fantastic. One of the nicest stays I’ve had anywhere.
