The rooftop pool has a beautiful view over the Da Nang Skyline and the mountains. The rooms are big, bright, clean, and freshly renovated, and the owners often checked whether they could help with anything. It’s a lovely place to relax on the So'n Tra peninsula. The tourist Center is about a 15 minutes drive away, so if you often go into the City Center or enjoy nightlife, renting a Scooter might be better. For me, though, the stay was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable time. Thank you for your kindness.

We stayed there for 4,5 months and had a good time. There are only a few people around, and the nature nearby is beautiful. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was too cold, but it was always clean and had a lovely view. There’s a rooftop barbecue area, though the water system needs repairing. We found lots of nearby cafes and places with tasty, cheap food. It is far from some shops, cafes, and the city center. The karaoke problem seems to have been resolved.

I’ve been living in the apartment for a second month, and I like that it’s away from the tourist spots. In the morning, you can see fishermen drying fish and shrimp in the sun, and there are local vendors selling meat and fish. The manager is responsive and always available to help with questions. The room is clean, with cleaning once a week. There’s also a small, clean rooftop pool with panoramic views of Da Nang and the sea.

I was drawn to the location outside the city because I expected it to be quieter. But there’s a place directly below the apartments that often plays very loud music, so I definitely can’t call the area quiet. Shops are far away, and there’s nowhere to go for a walk. The staff wouldn’t compromise over a little worn paint on a chair and made me pay for the whole thing.
