Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang

I’ll remember the daily complimentary massage most of all. It was blissful every time. Reservations had a few minor snags, but that hardly affected an otherwise excellent stay. The room and breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the staff were kind and professional throughout. On our last day, I asked a woman standing across from the check-in information desk if she could exchange 500,000 VND. In many hotels, I’d expect to be told it wasn’t possible and sent elsewhere. Instead, she took the money to the information desk, asked them to make the exchange for me, and brought the exchanged cash back herself. It was a small, thoughtful gesture that really touched me. My wife, standing beside me, said she was moved by that attention too. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and the stay gave us wonderful memories. If I return to Da Nang, I’ll choose Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang again without hesitation, and recommend it wholeheartedly to friends and acquaintances.

Lisa made everything feel easy from the start. She was attentive, welcoming, and there whenever we needed her, doing everything she could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her service was a real highlight. The resort facilities were immaculate, and the buffet breakfast had more variety than I’ve ever seen, with fresh, high quality food throughout. Ms. Van, Thien, and Anh Doan were especially wonderful with our little one. Their patience, kindness, and genuine warmth let us relax and enjoy the resort with complete peace of mind. Fusion Resort Da Nang is beautiful and peaceful, and felt just right for a family. We’re grateful for the hospitality and already look forward to coming back. We brought our 16 month old and saw lots of other little ones around. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, and the small thoughtful touches really made the resort feel special. It might be our favorite resort we’ve ever stayed at, period. The setting between da Nang and Hoi An worked perfectly for us, roughly 20-25 minutes by taxi from either. It was manageable to hail a grabb taxi, the local version of uber, to go for food or explore the old town. There’s a fantastic beach, a delicious breakfast, big rooms, a luxurious spa, kids’ play areas, and it’s baby-friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
