I stayed for three weeks and found the hotel clean and in great condition throughout. The large lobby was inviting, and the front desk team, including the night staff, were friendly and professional. Housekeeping were courteous and professional too. The rooftop pool, some exercise equipment, restaurant, and room were all what I'd expect from a four-star hotel. It was everything I expected for the price. I have no hesitation recommending it, and I'll be back for another 45 days later this year. Can't wait.

The staff made a big difference, always polite, smiling, and quick to help. Nguyet and Bray Nguyen from the restaurant deserve a special thanks. As vegetarians, we appreciated how hard they tried to find suitable options and make us comfortable. The service felt genuinely warm, with prompt responses and no frustration. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the location near Dragon Bridge made exploring really convenient. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and would definitely come back.

We stayed one night before heading to Hoi An. The rooftop pool was great for a swim while watching the sunset, and the river views were lovely. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and really nice, with a great breakfast buffet that included eggs and omelettes cooked fresh. The only drawback is the limited choice of bars and restaurants within an easy walk.

My family and I have returned to Glamour three times for extended stays, and we've always been welcomed warmly and treated to friendly, exceptional service. The prices are very affordable, which makes it even nicer to stay there. Thanks especially to the breakfast team for accommodating us even when we arrive late. Nguyen & Nhi take such good care of us at breakfast every day.

The hotel was clean and we were very satisfied, so we'll come back. Breakfast service was especially good. Nguyet and Nhi were so nice and attentive to what we needed, and when the food ran out, they refilled it for us in a minute. Thank you!
