Sunline Hotel

The staff’s friendly, efficient service and warm smiles made a real impression on us. Our room was very clean, and we enjoyed staying here. It’s a small, cozy hotel on a quiet, leafy street in Hanoi's old quarter, central but still fairly peaceful. The place is well kept, though it feels a little dated and some room furnishings were worn. Breakfast was decent, with the basics as well as some freshly prepared items.

Tommy, Hani, and the rest of the hotel team helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated their help with our needs and their suggestions for good trà chanh and chè spots. We’ll be back, lots of love! The hotel is about two minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and the city center. Our room was very clean and just the right size for two, and we had an amazing stay.

The room had good furnishings, though it may feel small if you bring lots of luggage. It’s right in the heart of Hanoi, so reaching the famous sights is easy. The staff were really friendly, especially the two women at reception I often saw in the afternoon. They seemed upbeat and were ready to help whenever I needed it. I’ll definitely return!

After about seven days here, I can say the hotel is in a perfect location and the staff were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely good people. The reception team, the person at the door, and everyone else made me feel like family, more than just friends. I loved my stay at Sunline Central Hotel and will definitely return. Thank you for such a pleasant time.
