Solare De Monte Hotel & Spa

Lucas was so kind and friendly while we were there, and our room was very clean. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. After checkout, the hotel let us leave our luggage and use a complimentary shower before our late-night flight. They provided slippers and towels at no charge and lent us a hairdryer. We could freshen up comfortably before leaving for the airport. We'd love to stay here again.

We felt genuinely cared for by everyone at Solar De Monte, from reception and the door staff to the housekeepers. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made our first visit to Hanoi a lovely experience, and we'll definitely return and stay at Solar De Monte again. The Old Quarter location was handy, with a lively neighborhood full of shops and places to eat. Our room was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong despite the heat, and breakfast had a good variety.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, though a little small, and its window faced a wall. The hotel's location made up for that: right in the Old Quarter, with Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market, Train Street, and lots of other places a short walk away. The hotel was also very clean. Service was the real highlight, with the whole team on point. Lucas at the front desk was especially dedicated and helpful. He responded quickly before we arrived, explained the payment details, and made us feel welcome throughout.

Jeff and the whole team made me feel welcome and comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. Their kindness and hospitality deserve five stars, and I hope to return someday. I also appreciated that nobody asked me to leave a five-star review, as many other hotels do. The service felt sincere, which made me respect the team even more.
