Hannah deserves a special mention, she’s so well suited to the job. The staff were polite, efficient, and always willing to help. My room was spacious and comfortable, with towels changed daily, and breakfast had a good variety. The hotel met my expectations, and most tourist attractions were within walking distance. Thank you!

Hannah at the front desk was so kind and cheerful, and seemed ready to help everywhere. The location is amazing, with most places just a short walk away. We also really enjoyed the clean room, great air conditioning, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

A comfortable, clean hotel in a handy location. The staff were friendly and willing to help whenever needed. It’s a good place to stay for a reasonable price.

The staff were genuinely friendly and tried their best, and the central location is excellent. Still, the room made this a very disappointing stay. At VND 1,000,000 per night, I expected much better. Mine was on the ground floor, extremely small, with a ceiling so low it felt uncomfortable. I heard footsteps and other noise from above constantly, day and night. The room was damp and musty enough to make me wonder if it had once been a storage area or another repurposed space. I could barely get mobile reception inside, and although the Wi-Fi signal looked strong, I couldn’t use it to access the internet. The poor room condition and high price made the stay very unsatisfactory.

The people working here were lovely and helpful, with great suggestions about where to go. My room was very nice and clean, and I’d definitely come back.
