Confetti Apartment

We lived here long term, first for 6 months and then on a 1 year contract. We followed every rule, always paid rent on time, respected other tenants and shared spaces, but the management team and company seemed to take every chance to get more money from us. Electricity and water unit rates were very high and unclear. When we wanted to extend our stay, they tried to raise the payment. One of us moved out for a baby delivery, but we still had to pay the service fee for 2 people. Other tenants who didn’t pay rent, smoked, or brought pets despite the property’s own rules were allowed to stay, got help moving their belongings, and were allowed to stay longer. We only asked for a late check-out so we could move out, and they refused to help. The washing machines and dryers were usually full of laundry, sometimes broken, and took weeks to fix. They weren’t hygienic either, with debris and sometimes cannabis in them. It’s noisy here too: kids play ball against the wall every day, and sometimes there are loud “intimate noises.” The walls between rooms are very thin, so you can hear the TV in another room even when it isn’t loud. I don’t recommend this place. There are plenty of better options at better prices. Please stay away.

The service was great.

The location made getting around easy, with Hoan Kiem and Hai Ba Trung districts both a quick trip away. Restaurants and convenience stores were close by, which was handy day to day. I stayed for a while in a studio apartment on Nguyen Cong Tru Street and found it comfortable. It was clean, neat, furnished with what I needed, and the space felt just right, so I could settle in without buying much. Management responded quickly and sorted out any issues without fuss, which gave me peace of mind during a longer stay. The price seemed reasonable compared with other central properties. I'd stay here again if I get the chance, and would recommend it to friends.

The listing photos match what the owner posted. The apartment feels spacious and airy, and has a full set of cooking facilities. A taxi to the Old Quarter costs only 40k VND. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
