The owner was so friendly and helped us with directions, even though my English isn't very strong. My boyfriend and I stayed three days, and the room was quiet and everything went well. I booked a Ha Long Bay tour there too, and it cost less than the prices I found on other websites. Highly recommend it.

The owner was so helpful with questions, food ideas, and excursions. I have light sensitivity, and she kindly changed the lights to make the room more comfortable. The hotel is charming and close to the night market. I took a day trip to Ninh Binh through them, which meant I didn't have to plan it myself. Five-star service. I'd stay here again and would feel comfortable contacting the owner if I needed help in Hanoi.

I liked it so much that I returned for two more nights after my first night at Old Quarter Charm Hotel and Travel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and great, and the staff were amazing and very helpful. They arranged a Ha Giang loop for me at short notice, at a really good price, and it was well organised. I highly recommend them and would gladly come back.

Thomas helped us arrange the Halong tour, including direct pickups, which made the trip really relaxing. Everything matched what we had booked. He even sent my forgotten Powerbank to our next stop, Ninh Binh, so I could pick it up there. Such a nice and trustworthy hotel and booking agency, highly recommended. Our room was clean, spacious, and nice. We were very happy, thank you Thomas and team!

Thomas helped us a lot, even advising us on the next days of our Vietnam trip. He can arrange transport and excursions, and knows plenty about local attractions. The rooms were cozy and quiet, with really comfortable beds, and he's a great host. For travelers from Poland: yes, this is where Makłowicz slept ;)
