The staff were really helpful, especially when my luggage didn't arrive on my flight and the airport delivered it here late in the evening. I stayed one night on the 4th floor, so street noise wasn't a problem. It was also handy for the old town at night and just around the corner from the shop where we rented motorcycles for a month-long trip.

The surrounding club was very noisy, and the security staff added to it by playing cards. They spoke no English. At $35 a night, I'd look elsewhere. Don't trust Agoda.

The photos aren't real. The room was small, had no ventilation, and there was no lift. This homestay sucks, and I think tourists are being fooled with fake pictures. Be aware.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and the rooms are nice. Just be aware there’s no lift, so you need to be reasonably fit. The bathroom in my fourth-floor room was small.

I booked through Agoda and ended up in a different place from what I expected. We were sent to Tam’s Homestay, where the room was old and the ceilings had mold. If you're booked here and get directed somewhere else, speak up about your concerns.
