It’s a great value for money, with a convenient spot for both work and leisure. The apartment is bright and spacious, and the furniture is well maintained. Reception and maintenance have both been really friendly and helpful.

I won’t be returning after this disappointing stay. I ended up paying an extra 400,000 VND for parking even though I’d been clearly told beforehand that it would be free. I booked a room for the night of 28/02 and specifically asked about parking before reserving. I was told hotel guests parked for free. I drove my own car to Daeha and was directed to park at the Daewoo Hotel, where I left it at 15:14 on 28/02. At check-in, the receptionist said I should just let them know when I picked up the car and they’d give me a free parking ticket. I checked out at 10:30 AM on 01/03, leaving my luggage at Daeha to collect later. When I came back at 14:30 and asked for the ticket, the receptionist said I needed to request it at checkout and they couldn’t issue it afterward. That surprised me. If there’s a rule like that, guests should be told in advance, or at least reminded when checking out. I can’t be expected to know internal policies that haven’t been explained. The way this was handled felt misleading and unprofessional.

I felt comfortable the whole stay. The apartment area is quiet and secure, with lots of good restaurants nearby. The room was tidy and modern, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help.

Our family had a fantastic Christmas holiday here in 2024. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a kitchen and a cozy living area. There was also a fitness center, and the location made it easy to get to Hanoi’s attractions. The staff were very friendly and professional, always ready to help. I’d highly recommend Daeha Service Apartment Hanoi to families or anyone wanting a comfortable, well managed serviced apartment. We’d definitely stay again.
