Breakfast with a view was a lovely part of the stay, especially the hot dishes prepared to order. The selection was a little limited, but there was enough. The room was compact yet clean and thoughtfully laid out, and it felt more spacious than expected. Handling luggage was also easier than at many places nearby because there were very few steps at the entrance. Most of all, the service felt warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay at Peridot Gallery Classic Boutique Hotel.

From the moment I checked in until I left, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone I met was attentive, professional, and warm, and I felt well looked after. Breakfast was a real bright spot. We enjoyed both the food and the friendly, attentive staff, whose warmth made mornings pleasant. Our family had expected to be on the same floor as our children, so the room arrangement was a challenge. It would help future families if the room categories and layouts were explained more clearly. The rooms were also quite small, making it hard to move around and store our luggage comfortably. We know boutique properties can have unusual layouts, but more space would have made a difference. We often had to keep our voices down because sound carried between rooms, which felt uncomfortable at times. Better sound insulation would help. At reception, a warmer greeting and a little more engagement would also make arrivals feel more welcoming. I hope these comments help improve things for future guests.

We spent three weeks traveling around Vietnam, and Peridot Gallery Classic Boutique hotel was easily the best place we stayed. The rooms were high standard, breakfast was great, and the rooftop bar and jacuzzi were stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful. After our Ha Long Bay cruise, flight problems left us needing somewhere to stay for half a day. I sent one quick message, and Hazel arranged for us to store our bags, use the facilities, and have a room until our late evening taxi, all at no extra cost. We thoroughly recommend the hotel.
