The neighborhood was just what we wanted, quiet, green, and peaceful, with Hoan Kiem Lake about a 10-minute walk away. We enjoyed going there in the morning and again in the evening. Across from the hotel is a fascinating old building with a tree growing across its façade. Ta Ta café is upstairs on the second floor, with excellent V60 coffee made from Dalat beans, and the building itself is lovely to explore. We picked this place carefully because our anniversary fell on one of my workdays, and I wanted a beautiful, calm setting. After spending ages reading reviews, I’m so glad we chose it. Our balcony room on the 7th floor had a lovely street view, and the design felt warm and thoughtful, with elegant wooden floors and furniture. I especially liked having a bathtub to relax in before bed. Breakfast was wonderful both mornings. I eat a high-protein diet, and the varied meat selection suited that really well. The team were kind and attentive, and they had left a beautiful bouquet of roses in our room for our anniversary. It made us feel welcome and brought the romantic atmosphere we were hoping for. I’m leaving this for other people who read reviews carefully when choosing a place. You won’t regret choosing this hotel 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Raymond, the bellman, was professional and friendly, and his service really added to my stay. He was polite, helpful, and always smiling. He took care with my luggage and gave me clear directions around the hotel. Highly recommended.

I got a warm welcome at the front desk, even though I arrived late in the evening. Khoi and Raymond suggested food and day trips around Hanoi, which was useful for my visit. My room was warm and cleaned on time. I’ll definitely choose the conifer boutique hotel again next time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you so much!
