I’m writing this for travelers considering D’Lux Hotel, since the room change charges caught me by surprise. I hope the team becomes more professional in future, and wish D’Lux Hotel continued success. I moved here from A25 Tran Quy Cap Hotel and first booked room 503, checking in at 5:45 PM on October 29, 2025. I planned to leave at 10:00 AM the next day, then extended for one more night through 10:00 AM on October 31. I paid for two nights at about 3:30 PM on October 30. Around 8:00 PM on October 30, a staff member helped move me to room 405, which had two beds and cost 700,000 VND a night. Nobody clearly explained that changing rooms would be charged as a new stay, so there was a misunderstanding. I stayed in 405 until noon on October 31, extended another night, and was moved to room 705 at 900,000 VND per night. When I checked out on November 1, I was charged 1,600,000 VND.

The place is clean and looks lovely, but a loud street broadcast starts at 7 am and goes on for an hour. Impossible to sleep!
