What made me extend my stay was the owner. She was caring and attentive, always checking that I was okay, and helped with recommendations, arrangements, and tips. She welcomed me with a smile and made me feel at home, so I just didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything kept to a high standard. It’s right in the lively, charming heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, within walking distance of the main attractions, markets, and restaurants. A warm and personal experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. ❤️

I found Hanoi Saga Hotel clean, tidy, and well organized, with excellent service throughout. The price was outstanding for the quality, and I’d gladly stay again. It was easy to find and perfectly located, even arriving as a first-time visitor. The staff were kind and welcoming from the moment I got there, and I felt comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend it.

We only stayed one night, but I really enjoyed it and would choose Hanoi Saga Hotel again. Though it isn’t directly on the main street, it’s right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter and very convenient for exploring. Our room was spacious, clean, and nice, with good water pressure and strong Wi-Fi. Since we arrived on Christmas Day, we were pleasantly surprised by complimentary traditional Vietnamese food. The staff were warm, attentive, and exceptionally helpful. They arranged an airport car for us, with special thanks to Tu, and another staff member helped me place my GrabFood order. It made us feel very welcome.

The room was clean, big, and comfortable, but it was the people who made the stay so memorable. Moon, sorry if I’ve got the spelling wrong, was one of the kindest people I’ve met. Hoang was lovely too, and I’m sorry if I’ve misspelled that as well. The hotel is great, and the staff make it feel exceptional. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The owner really stood out, such a lovely person who offered useful tips and recommendations and kept checking that I was having a good stay. The staff were welcoming and always did their best to help. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, a nice place to unwind after a day out. Being right in the heart of the Old Quarter also made it easy to explore Hanoi. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable stay.
